Pricing is for two people sharing a room and includes a delicious homemade farm breakfast. Deduct $10 per night for single person occupancy. Note: There is a minimum 2 night stay during the months of June, July and August, and on long weekends throughout the year

This room has a queen sized bed with a full en suite bathroom and an ocean view looking out over the water to Mudge Island.

2. Mountain View Room $145

This room has two extra long (adult sized) extremely comfortable "Stearns and Foster" single beds with a full en suite bathroom and a view of the sheep pasture, the swimming pool and the mountains at the back of the property.

3. Sea View Room $135

This room has a queen sized bed, a private bathroom and an ocean view looking out over the water to Mudge Island.
